PCM LOGISTICS – TERMS & CONDITIONS (VEHICLE ACQUISITION & INSTALLMENT PLAN)1. IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions govern all vehicle acquisition arrangements between PCM Logistics (the “Business”) and the client (the “Customer”).
By proceeding with any payment or agreement, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms.2. Nature of Agreement
• This is an installment-based vehicle acquisition arrangement.
• The vehicle remains the property of PCM Logistics until full payment is completed.
• This agreement does not transfer ownership until all obligations are fulfilled.3. Initial Deposit
• The Customer must pay an agreed initial deposit before the vehicle is secured or delivered.
• Deposit amounts may vary depending on the vehicle.
• The deposit is non-refundable.4. Payment Terms
• The remaining balance shall be paid in agreed installments.
• Payment schedule (weekly/monthly) will be communicated clearly before confirmation.
• Late payments may result in:
• Penalties
• Suspension of service
• Repossession actions5. Ownership & Title
• The vehicle remains under PCM Logistics ownership until:
• Full payment is completed
• Any additional fees are cleared
• Ownership transfer will only occur after full settlement.6. Customer ResponsibilitiesThe Customer agrees to:
• Use the vehicle lawfully
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition
• Cover running costs (fuel, fines, daily use) unless otherwise agreed
• Not sell, lease, or transfer the vehicle to a third party7. Insurance & Risk
• The Customer may be required to maintain valid insurance coverage.
• The Customer assumes responsibility for:
• Damage
• Loss
• Theft (depending on agreed structure)8. Default & RepossessionPCM Logistics reserves the right to:
• Repossess the vehicle without prior notice if:
• Payments are missed
• Terms are violated
• Retain all payments made as usage compensation9. Termination
• PCM Logistics may terminate the agreement at its discretion in case of breach.
• The Customer may withdraw, but:
• Payments made are non-refundable
• The vehicle must be returned immediately10. Fees & ChargesAdditional charges may apply for:
• Late payments
• Damages
• Recovery/repo costs
• Administrative processing11. Limitation of LiabilityPCM Logistics is not liable for:
• Business losses incurred by the Customer
• Misuse of the vehicle
• Third-party damages caused by the Customer12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.13. AcceptanceBy proceeding with payment, signing a form, or using services provided by PCM Logistics, the Customer confirms that they:
• Have read
• Understood
• Accepted these Terms & Conditions
